This week Justin will be in Nashville TN tracking vocals on his upcoming project due to release in mid Spring. This project produced by Greg Bieck will be somewhat different from his other projects in a few different ways. " It is much more diverse" Justin says as he describes the style of this new music.  You will hear a few strong anthemic songs that might bring goosebumps, as well as some organic like acoustic driven songs.  And of course there will be a nice balance of worship songs featured on this project as well. "My goal is that the whole project will bring you to a place of worship."  “This Is Freedom” is a song that will also be featured on this project that speaks of the symbolism of our flag and connects to our Freedom in Christ.  

At the moment Justin and the Heights Music Label team are brain storming a new creative way to release this project to the public that is different than the normal.  We would like to try some things that are not currently being done in this market.  So even though this project might release in mid spring, we might release it in sections to create and build momentum.  As the Spirit leads us and more develops, we will keep you posted.  Thanks for your support of Justin’s music.  

BEHIND THE SONG "SOME GOOD ADVICE"

- In January 2010 as I was trying to wrap up the song selection for this new project, I really felt like something was missing.  I felt that this project needed a foundational theme to tie all the songs together. That is when my producer, Greg Bieck, and I decided to once again open up God's Word and see if the Lord would inspire something new!!  Sure enough we were directed to Proverbs 12. After reading through the passage a few times, I was comforted with the amazing thought that My Father would continue to sustain me and protect me as I hold fast to His Word. But, I need to continue to seek His voice and pay attention to His words...
